Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) Notice and Takedown Procedure

Counter-Notification Procedure:

If you believe that material you posted on Ayoqo was wrongly removed due to a DMCA complaint, you can send us a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

  1. Identification of the removed material and where it previously appeared on the website.
  2. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your judicial district.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your contact information, including your name, address, and telephone number.
  5. Your electronic or physical signature.

Once we receive your counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who filed the original DMCA complaint. If the original complainant does not file a lawsuit within 10 business days, we will restore the content in question.


Repeat Infringer Policy:

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
